Upon arrival I was quickly greeted by Miles and asked if I was there for service or needed any assistance. I informed Miles that I was there to look at an Acadia Denali before heading to a Cadillac dealer to drive an XT6 and we were also considering a Wagoneer. Miles pointed me in the direction of the Denali as he went to get the fob. Miles returned and was very knowledgeable about this vehicle and was able to answer any questions I had. He insisted that I drive it and I agreed because I definitely was interested in the purchase! After the drive I told Miles I would discuss it with my wife and get back to him. A couple hours later my wife felt that we should purchase the Denali. I called Miles to seal the deal!

I always give a positive review but not this time. Person that changed out cabin filter left debris on passenger seat and floor. Plus left the tool to remove jockey box on floor. Made for a bad experience. Also when you provide a "complementary" car wash shouldn't mean that it should be a half assed job. That has been my experience unfortunately. Tyler always makes it right except his hands are tied when it comes to car wash

I had my pickup serviced and tires rotated. I got home and noticed that they did not adjust the tire pressure like I asked. The front tire pressure was at what the rear tires should be but below optimum and the rear tires were what the front should be but below optimum.

I’m not upset because I chose to bring the vehicle into your shop because I don’t trust the Chevrolet dealer. We purchased a new Acadia Denali from you a few months ago so I figured we would give your shop a shot. I paid $170.00 to find nothing wrong; the GM diagnostics didn’t pull up any error codes yet my $70.00 Innova pulled up the C0045 code for left rear speed sensor. The mechanic did a check of the harness wiring as well as the hub assembly wiring and found them to be operational. So with the wiring being good he still suggested nearly $900.00 to replace the wheel bearing hub w/speed sensor(which I installed last week.) So I declined the replacement and went home and pulled the wheel and double checked with my INNOVA and still C0045 code. I disconnected the harness from the hub assembly wiring and used a pick to clean the harness male plug, reconnected, ran test, C0045 came up, cleared the code and ran scan to find zero codes, reassembled and test drove with no problems. Question is: 1. why did my Innova find the error but the GM diagnostics didn’t not? 2. Why would a Mechanic find no electrical fault and not realize it must be the connection itself? 3. Why did I pay $170.00 to find nothing? 4. Why would a $900.00 repair be done when the electrical test passed? Also, had I paid the $900.00 it still wouldn’t have worked because the problem was in the harness plug so then a new harness would have been ordered for another $100.00 ish plus labor putting my bill well over $1,000.00 which would have resulted nothing more than what I did in 15 minutes. Sorry for the negative feedback but you asked so I gave my honest answer.

I made my reservation online to change my oil. When I got to the dealership the service person went over what the service department was going to do which was change my oil and I would be on my way. He was very pleasant. 30 minutes later my vehicle was done and he came over to have me sign for my service and take me to the cashier. When he was reviewing the paperwork with me he indicated that they rotated my tires. I didn't ask for this and I had just come from the Costco Tire Center where my tires where rotated 2 hours prior. They took my vehicle back in the shop and re-rotated them which took another 20 minutes. Time was wasted on both our parts which wasn't necessary if the service department would of just done the service that was requested.

First, the service was on 10/9, not 10/10. I gave a middle of the scale response because the lady in the parts department was excellent in providing a new set of floor mats I had requested be available at this scheduled visit. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and actually installed the mats for us. The first service, which is what I came in for was a little disappointing. I was told it would entail oil change, def fill, tire rotation and a quick wash. I asked the service advisor not to do anything with the tires since I had just purchased new, more winter appropriate tires the week before and had the psi right where I wanted it and no rotation was necessary. I also asked if they could perform an update that the in truck screen had been prompting me to do. He said they didn’t have time if it was a large update. The last thing I asked to be looked at was the passenger side mirror. When in reverse the mirror tilts down to provide better visibility, but when put in drive it never seems to come back to the position I had it set at and I have to always readjust it. Advisor said he only had one tech and didn’t have time to look at it. We did agreed to disable the feature. When the truck was ready I asked what kind of oil they used. The advisor seemed confused and I didn’t get an answer. He stated they did the software update, disabled the mirror function and put the mats in the truck. I found my truck on the lot, no quick wash. I drove to my next appointment and thought it rode a bit stiffer, but that was a butt in seat diagnosis. When I came out from my next appointment the in truck display prompted me to do the update. What the heck? DEF was not topped off, but maybe I misunderstood and they just added some. Tire pressure the next day, after sitting over night was about 10 pounds higher than I had it set before I took the truck in. Not sure what happened there. This is just me, but when a customer pulls into the service lane I would think a service advisor would come out and meet the customer, not have the customer go in and wait for someone to wait on them. All in all I have mixed feelings about having service done at this dealership again.

Your service adviser seemed professional but did not solve my problem. My truck has experience a problem with humming noise tire ware, and cupping. This has been an ongoing problem for the past year. They have tried alignment about 7 months ago. And that did not solve the problem. Now I was told that the tires on the at4 are defective tires. And the leveling kit might have something to do with it as well. Also he recommended to take it to lesswab. It is sad to buy such a nice truck with a problem that the gmc dealership don't want to solve. Yet they want to send me to other repair facility. I have read on the internet that the tires might be the problem. If that is the case why not replace them. Also it seemed weird that they would say one tire looked newer than the rest. Help.

When we arrived for our appointment I specifically asked the service advisor if they checked the brakes, as I was concerned about them. He informed me of the multi-point inspection which included checking the condition of the brakes. He asked if we would be waiting and I told him yes. During our almost 2 hours in the waiting room, we were never updated about our vehicle or spoken to, so I assumed everything was okay. When the service advisor did come to see us, it was to let us know our vehicle was done. We asked the cashier if there was any additional checklist with the paperwork and she said no. It was not until we were already leaving that a text was sent with multi-point inspection. Upon reading it I discovered that the front brakes were "critical". As stated earlier, this was a major concern of mine. It also stated that the rear brakes needed "attention" as they were at 5 mm. Also noted was the engine air filter, which was dirty and only at 12%. They even included a picture of it for proof. It states on the report that ALL of these services (and a few more) were DECLINED. We were never asked about any of the services listed, so who exactly DECLINED them?? To make this situation worse, on the drive home, the front brakes started making a grinding noise. Yes, they were that bad. As a former ASE certified mechanic (I am retired), I had no choice but to replace the brakes myself to remedy this situation. After seeing the condition of the old pads, in my opinion, this was a major safety concern that should have been brought to our attention at the dealership. Because of this oversight, I decided to check the engine oil and discovered that the oil was over-filled, and not by just a little! I called the next morning, spoke with the Assistant Service Manager, and left a message for the Service Manager for a call back, as I wanted to talk with them directly about what happened. I waited all day and never received a return call. I have had really good service in the past with your dealership, so I don't know what has changed but I would be concerned because you seem to be losing service add on sales and your customer service,based on this experience, is very poor.
